Hi there,
we discovered last week an issue about call transfers in our environment.
We use our own agent desktop application .
When an agent gets a call, then consults his supervisor, returns to the client and then transfers him to our 3rd party IVR, our Sip Server shows an Event Error due to 0231 DN is Busy.
If the agent doesn´t make any consult during the call and transfers the call to the 3rd party IVR, the routing is OK.
The transfer call consists in sending the call to a strategy that uses a TRoute function sending it to our 3rd party IVR.
We have several trunks pointing to several IVR's and all the trunks have the prefix set to "*2"
then the TRoute tries to route to *2+IVR DNIS
Does someons have any clue or had a similar issue like that ?
