Hi guys,
Wondering if you can point me to a link...
According to docs, KPI options have some values http://docs.genesys.com/Documentation/IW/latest/Dep/SectionKPIName
Somes like "Period" and "Weigth" (only shown here http://genesyslab.info/wiki/index.php/Section:_KPI_Name_812) have sample values, but, what are the possible values? Is Period a TimeProfile from SS? What is weigth??
Any clue where can I find more detailed info?
Thanks!

The option "weight" is deprecated and seems like it is not used within latest version of IWS/WDE. Of course, it is not documented very well.
The option "period" is related to the section "TimeProfiles" on connected StatServer application object, where the name must exactly match with name of TimeProfile within StatServer configuration - for example OneMinute, OneHour, SlidingDay, etc.

Yeah, was testing and seems that. Genesys docs sometimes are frustrating on details.

When creating a new Stat on StatServer, I see we can define a <business attribute> per documentation. What does this mean? Is this a UData or a Business Attribute on CME itself?
Does anyone has a sample of this? Customer wants to show total time in period of 8hrs for each type of Inbound Call (VIP, Bronze, Silver for example). Only way I can see to do is via StatServer directly as IWS/WDE doesn't support filters on its KPI section.
How do I should define this Business Atrrib? A new main key on Business Attribute folder and then create possible values? Just like that?
