Someone please help. We need someone to tell us what is wrong with Genesys 5 Call Concentrator.It seems like all of a sudden our call concentrator stopped writing to db, because I cannot find any data regarding one of our agents in it.

Can you provide more details?
Can you check the obvious the DB is running (could it have reached it's max size, is your HDD full!?). Is CCon still running? Is it a license issue?
