Title: Infomart and Workbin Duration

Hi All,
Can someone help me understand how does Infomart treat and store the Workbin duration if an agent places an Email into his/her personal workbin (Workbin/Draft WB)?

GIM8 version is 8.1.
Genesys Ver 8.1.

[li]populate-mm-workbin-as-hold is also set to true.[/li]
[li]populate-mm-workbin-facts is set to true.[/li]
[/list]

We want the total workbin count and total workbin duration to be reported for a specific time period.

What is not clear for you on workbin level?
