Title: CCPulse login issue

A user using AD login, when login to CCPulse+ the user get "External authentication error". The user able to login to IWS no issues but CCPulse. I have checked the application name, user login and port..etc on ccpulse login window, all looks right. Any solutions? Thanks

What does the conserv log show during that login attempt?

Thanks nonny for your reply. The issue has been fixed by uninstall CCpulse app then install it again.

Does the machine CCPulse is installed on have two NICs at all?
