Hi,
I would like to use the GAS reporting to create a call report with the following information:
- ConnID, CallUUID, Group, Script Time, Call duration > no problem.
- Agent: if I enable GAS reporting for the fields G_Agent_First_Name + G_Agent_Last_Name, they will appear on the GASREPORTINGDATA table but, how can I match these fields with their call/interactionID?
- EmployeeID: same as before, enable GAS for G_Agent_EmployeeID but I don't know how to relate this field to its call.
Another question is, do you know the meaning of the GASScriptingInstances fields? There is no documentation on the user guide about this table at all.
