Hi,
The VAR IVR Action usage & Last IVR action report does not show any data in Genesys Administrator. The GVP Reporting Server is up and running. In IVR, I have implemented Reporting blocks (ActionStart & Set CallData). Also I have set the EnableReports variable to true. Is any other specific configuration required in MCP or Reporting Service?
Please help me to resolve this problem.
MCP Version: 8.5 | Connections -> Message Server, Reporting Server
RS Version: 8.1.5 | Message Server

Hi Everybody,
This is an old topic, but I came across it trying to solve the same problem the original poster had.
For me, the solution was to add an additional range of values to the MCP option ems.dc.default.metricsfilter.
The range I added is 136-141. This (according to the GU GVP8 Deployment course guide) corrects the default MCP configuration, which does not generate any VAR reporting data.
Hope this helps somebody out.
