Title: For a particular mailbox,content is not updating in ucs

Hi .

For a particular mailbox (pop -client),content is not updating in ucs..getting an error "'Email' failed in method 'Send' (ErrorCode=701 ErrorMsg"...

Emailserver configuration : endpoint :default
endpoint:r2
endpoint:r3.

pop-client :abc
mailbox:df
endpoint:r2

pop-clinet:dfggg
mailbox: ffffffff
endpoint:t55555

..
problem is happening for only abc client (df mailbox)...it's not updating in ucs..only one mailbox detials not updating in ucs.getting 701 error in ucs logs..what could be the issue?please guide?

Post full ESJ logs with smtp debug enabled

Post the entire error message - there should be mentioned the root-cause - for example -> metadata are missing or something like that.

ok..in which application log ? Email server java log or ucs logs?

I do not know from what component the error comes, but my tip is the UCS as first, propably the ESJ. But I suspect UCS.

The method Send is from ESJ, so there is where to look first.
