Hi, On WDE , i am not able to perform internal transfer to different interaction queue. I don't see different IQs in the WDE.

I am missing something?

Check your configuration (WDE application object level, permissions, iq configuration, etc.). In general, follow the doc and you will be able to resolved it yourself.

Well...this can be a tricky one for docs even.
Try to check your role. Maybe it doesn't allow you to do that.

As per docs, multimedia options and roles are many times too disperse or not very easy to understand for a newbie. Even I have problems enabling features just by reading docs. Takes a time and just understand when by luck find another old or unrelated doc that gives a light on what they mean to do.
