Is that possible to get the total dials made by an agent in ccpulse agentstat view.

Yes, it is possible - create or use current stats based on event EventDialing.

Use statistic "Total_Dialing_Number" which should be there by default.

Hi, It will show all dialled number irrespective of dial mode (Predective, Preview) or these is some specific case .

Outbound campaigns aren't dialed by Agents, so you are mixing things.
Check StatServer user guide. It has a section detailing all default metrics and objects.
Check Campaign objects and templates.
That is what you want
