Title: Unable to start SIP Feature Server install on Genesys Business Edition

I installed SIP FS Server and also GAX Plugin for SIP FS Server also Device Management Plugin for GAX when I start the SIP FS server I end up seeing  an error message called JNA not found and native methods will be disabled. can anyone help what I am missing reall here and SIP FS Server still showing Initialing but cant start at all.

any idea what would be wrong here.??

Try to post log of GAX covering the issue.
