Title: Agent skill in pulse

hi,
  I need to get the skill of an agent to be displayed in the pulse dashboard. How to get it, whether there is any custom formulas? Please help me regarding this. Thanks in advance.

Check Genesys video tutorials, they talk about this specific scenario.
Resume for the lazy ones: Not by default, you need to create a query and do some job. BEcause as they say, it is part of Config Layer, not reporting one
