Title: Historical Reporting against CCP
Post by: Tony Tillyer on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
Hi,

I have some Virtual Queues in my CME. However, no matter what I try, I can't get any of them to report from within CCA or CCP.

Is there a magic trip switch, just waiting for me to press it? Do I need to wangle something? Is there a knob I haven't twiddled?

:)

TIA!

Have you modified the CCP workspace since the VQs were created?

Could it be a licensing issue not enough TServer licences? You can check this in the TS log when TS has just been restarted.

We certainly have enough licences. The VQ's were imported from 5.1, so they have been there the whole time. There are some other areas I'm looking into at the moment, as our environment is split, through production (5.1) and preproduction (6.5) Genesys Servers. We also have 2 CTI Links, 2 TServers, running against 1 switch. Could this possibly be why we can report on Agents, but not VQ's?

Just out of curiosity: do you have aliases assigned to those VQ's?

Yes, they do.

I had also some problems with that. Later I saw the VRQs, but no values. My advice is, to restart everithing a few times and recreate the VRQs.

By the way, are you assagning the calls to VRQs in your strategies? Without this you will not see anything of course.

Do you see the VRQs as Objects at least in CCPulse or CCA /DMA?
