Title: Interactions Processed statistic

Hi guys,

I have identified that for every email replied the Interactions Processed is incremented by 3. I was expecting 2 since it's the terminated inbound and the sent reply. Is anyone aware why is it 3?
For this test I have made the simplest strategy ever with just one target block to send the email to agent and one send email block so nothing from the routing could be interfering with this.

This scenario is related to the IWS/WDE using only, I guess.
