Hi Genesys Gurus :)
I have a bit of a noob question in CCanalyzer reporting.
Using out of the box reports, I can get daily reports detailed on 1 hour level.
How can I report on 15 minutes aggregation level? Do I need a new report? What are the table name that holds the 15 minutes aggregation? Is there any options that I need to modify?
Thanks

If you (still) have the Hyperion RGA (Report Generation Assistant), that is the easiest way to create a new object report based on (any) time period.
You could update and re-point your hourly report to the relevant tables, but that is quite a bit of work...

Thanks for your help.
I still have Hyperion and can still use RGA.
Can you help me identify which table contains 15 minutes aggregation (if any)? Or how to force ETL to do such aggregation?
Thanks

I can guide you - please either PM or email me.

Search for default views with name "R_*_NO_AGG" and use them within the reports
