Hi, is there a way to create agent group in CME, which to be cumulative for several other groups. It should be similiar to virtual agent groups, but not dependent on skills. For example: if I have agents 1,2,3 in agent group 1 and agents 4,5,6 in agent group 2, I want to have agents 1,2,3,4,5,6 in agent group 3, without moving them to agent group 3. With skills and virtual agent groups is simple. Puting a script like Skill(“SkillName”) on virtual ag is doing the work. But I`ve never done it with groups. Maybe I can`t get what the script should look like or maybe another approach should be taken. Any advice or ideas? ???

Nope

i think what you're looking to do is have multiple "skills" in the one VAG then other multiple "skills" in another VAG and so on. So dependant on what skills they have and at what level they are set determines what VAG they are in.

Hi, nope. It is impossible to determine all the skills based on which I can create VAG and monitor this VAG. AG are 5, but the skills associated with the agents in this AG are nearly 60. So if I do it, it should be by AG, not based on skills. I will just move on, if I have to investigate all the skills. And one more obsticle is that the routing is made with VAG as target, but the online monitoring and reporting by AG. So I need AG based approach.

so what you're saying is that you have 5 AG's with 60 skills divided between them but you don't want to create skills in VAGs for them ?!? but you want to use VAGs as you route by them but you dont report on them ???
i don't understand sorry ??? ???
