Title: CCAS using SIP SERVER

Hi Can anyone tell me a sample of how to implement a call-asnwer-release scenario in CCAS framework 8.1. I am using 300 agents which are successfully logged and I even throw the calls but agents are not getting it. My Sip server scenario is not working
