We have enabled masking for Genesys ChatServer and it has become a problem that it is masking phone numbers as the agent often needs to give the customer a number to call. Does anyone know how if at all we can only mask SSN's? WE don't get CC numbers so that's not really a worry but basically we need to enable phone numbers to not be masked. I have a ticket opened with Genesys but am hoping someone out there has done this before. We are using Chat Server 8.5.1.
