Hello,
I have tried to use the ocsview tool from the genesys support site however it does not appear to work on logs v8.1.
Has anyone tried and succeeded with this?
something tell me it is too old for newer logs that ocs now produced so there might be be an updated version somewhere,

Hi,
ocsview only works with ocs log files up to ocs version 7.5. As that version is no longer supported ocsview is not much use anymore. There is actually an article in the Genesys Knowledgebase that describes this.
Sadly there is no tool for parsing ocs logs, manual analysis is the order of the day.
