I am installing Outbound Contact Server. I created a campaign "Preview" and a calling list as well. when i load them and start, in my calling list I see that the data are retrieved but when I go to iws -> My Campaigns the Get Record is disabled.

Hey,
Did you check OCS logs? and hope your campaign settings are correct?

Check if the role-based access is used on IWS object. If so, check agent's role for actions related to the campaign.

Make sure you use the right place in IWS and make sure your agent is part of the agent groups that associated to that campaign.
