Hello,
We are trying to determine whether it would be possible to use the Outbound ASM mode with the existing dialogic hardware.
Within the OCS Deployment guide, the only information related to this is about the board line types.
for example the diagrams for an ISDN/melcas configuration contains the engaging folder but not within analog or t1/e1 boards. My question is does that mean we cannot use ASM if our board is a T1/E1?
Our outbound DNs are of type=extension whereas for melcas/ISDN it appears to need call processing ports.
the hardware is Dialogic DMV600a2e1pciw high density (DM3) board.
thanks.
