Title: Implementing WebRTC from Oracle in Genesys call center
Post by: victor on November 20, 2015, 05:37:12 AM
Hi,

I am looking at implementing Oracle WebRTC or CaffeX into a Genesys call center.  Has anyone looked into this yet?

Why not Genesys own solution? In theory would be just a new SIP trunk, right?

I have deployed the GVG (Genesys Video Gateway 9.0) solution, which replaces the WebRTC solution from Genesys, and all work fine. Unfortunately, I have no experience with mentioned platforms (Oracle WebRTC or CaffeX) perosnally.

What is that? New product? Why does Genesys keep things so well informed lately? lol
But main issue is that all is just another SIP interaction, correct?
