Title: AfterCallWork no-answer (What is this metric?)

Seems to have arrived after WFM 8.5 was implemented. Cant seem to find any documentation on it.
Any help appreciated.

Where did you see it? try to be more specific. I have deployed several WFM in release 8.5 and never encountered this. In other hand, configuration of collected stats is up to you.
