Can't see an existing thread through the Tapatalk app on this.
What are people's experiences with putting Framework, Routing, GVP etc onto a VMWare environment? Is there a good white paper out there that has spec recommendation (host spec, number of VMs per host, etc)?

VMWare is supported throughout. The specification details are available within the deployment guides for each element.

Yes VMWare is supported by genesys, In our environment each Genesys component is running on VM without any issues...

Can you send me to the specification for virtual hosts/VMs? I've checked deployment guide for SIP Server and see no mention of virtualisation. Where can I find recommended ESX or other hosts recommended build specs? As in how many VMs on each, which should be separate etc? I've heard discussion that MCP/RTP traffic hosts should remain physical.
