For some reason my forum search is not working. I thought I saw a thread in this a while ago.
If I have a call single step xfer through forced Troute to an off - site number, is there any way to capture whether that call is answered? Can I just add to the red port from the function block in IRD?
We're sending calls through a VQ for reporting to show how many we try to transfer, but if the Troute fails or the call isn't answered, it's still counted. We'd like to know the difference.
