Hi Team,
Question related to: GIM
Version: 8.1
Module: eServices (Email)
Query: For the priority allocated to an incoming queued email, how can I report it as part of my GIM report, is it provided as a collated data as part of the Genesys out-of-the-box reports or one has to make it as part of the KVP being captured and reported for.
