Title: Possible to remove a list of Agents / Persons using Genesys Administrator?
Post by: pinguin on December 23, 2015, 05:07:57 AM
Hi All,

Wondering if it's possible to create a CSV file to use via the Agent Import function to remove a list of Agents from Genesys Administrator? If so, can you tell me the column heading(s) required? Or, is there any other way to remove a list of Agents that doesn't include individually searching for them etc?

Many thanks!

No, you can only import in batch, no delete operation possible by default

i can think one way is to delete from database by writing a query.

or

you can use the search funtion and search them using firs name or last name and delete them.

Genesys does not support modification directly to the configuration database and it can cause issues.

You would be better deleting agents directly in GA or CM.

Try to check the GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension) application features, where some batch modification should be available.
