Title: SIP Error

Hi All,

We would like to implement monitoring on the Critical errors(SIP responses) being genrated in SIP server ?

Could someone please suggest what all errors to be included(like 400 and 404) ?

Note : We are using GVP 8.1 with Agent desktop as SIP end point integrated to WDE.

Lol, read a little of that on Internet. A lot of free information for you to read is available there.

Hi,

This call depends on the complexity of the SIP call flows since in some callflows 4xx and other SIP status codes can be valid / not critical.

As stated before, positive codes in certain instances may not mean everything is fine.
