Hello, I have a question about network traffic. We are planning on upgrading our call center and I am becoming worried about the network traffic and its impact on our call center. Is there a rule of thumb that we can use as a guideline to determine the traffic generated by our call center?

I am including a draft of a paper I recently did on the traffic study for the Genesys Suite under Reports Section.
I know it is not really much, but at least it will give you some idea about how traffic changes based on different variables, such as number of attach data and calls per minute.
I hope it helps! As always, if there are any other reports someone wants to share I think we all would like to see them.

I am placing an updated version of the traffic study for G5 under reports section. The file is pretty big though...(1.9MB)
Report compares the network traffic generated by each Genesys product for different call volume, and variable attach data size.
Hopefully, it will be useful :)
