Title: Stat server stopped need help

Stat server has stopped for 3 hrs during business hours. Will I loose the reporting data for that stopped time. If no from where can I get it back.

Depends what Solution and which components your StatServer was serving;

[b]CCA[/b] - probably yes, you have lost the data for the period, [i]if [/i]the StatServer which had stopped was supposed to be collecting your reporting data for CCA.  How to get it back?  Mark this one down to experience... it's gone.

[b]InfoMart[/b] - no, because ICON collects reporting data.

is't your app on auto restart after certain time?
