Title: Updating Agent Wrap Up using GA or GAX via Agent Import?

Hi All,

I've been using CME (Configuration Manager) to edit Agent properties and I am now beginning to learn how to do tasks in GA and GAX.

I'm wondering if there is a way to use Agent Import to change the Wrap Up Time for a list of Agents, rather than having to search for, open, and edit each Agent individually?

I've tried a file with the pattern:

"User Name","Switch Name","Agent Login","Wrap Up Time"

...but this tells me that the Agent Login is already assigned, even though it is assigned to the Agent I am attempting to update.

You can use the manage annex feature on the right hand side of GA. Comes handy for mass updating. You can also use the java api.
