We are planning to implement Genesys solutions to be interfaced with our Avaya G3R... This is an urgent client requirement...

Well, check Genesys CD that you got when you have purchased your TServer there is a folder called documentation. Inside there you will find all the docs you need for your PBX.

Hi F,

Can I recommend you invest in some Genesys training and hire some experianced Genesys techies to help you. It's not as easy as you think.
