Title: Recording calls (Tserver for Cisco CUCM + StreamManager)
Post by: Cuore_2003 on January 21, 2016, 09:58:22 AM
Dear all.
Our customer has the following environment:
- TServer for Cisco Unified Communications Manager 8.1.201.09
- StreamManager 7.6.009.02
- Cisco Unifed CM 8.6.2.25900-8

They want record calls: all inbound calls. As we see in documentation, this is possible with the above scenario.
So, our question is exactly this one: is necessary a record device for this (Nice, Verint, other…) or, the recording functionality is served by Stream Manager (with the correct configuration)

Thanks and advanced and best regards.

This should be possible just by using the StreamManager.
