I am login into IWS, for first internal call IWS giving ringingthen after pressing answer key the call getting connected. From the second call the call getting connected automatically. I set IWS auto answer option false. Then also it is happening. Kindly help me friends. :'(

It can be caused by routing configuration, where is possible to set the CaseData, where the auto-answer should be enabled. You have to check the logs (IWS, T-Server)

It a normal internal call I am not using any routing strategy...Iws reading proper config i can able to see auto answer option false in the logs..

A look at IWS logs will help you understand which options it is triggering
