Is WDE 8.5 Agent Workstation supported on Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012 R2 running as Windows Remote Desktop services? Thanks

You want to access them via Remote Desktop? As GUI yes, can work, no problem as there is no RTP in between.
As with SIP, the fact that have RTP involved and the SIP client can be elsewhere then wouldn't see a problem. But if SIP client is desired to be on same server then a problem may raise, as usually the SIP client has a unique listening port which would conflict on the second session.
