I am new to the configuration of Genesys, and think this site is AWESOME! I have gotten a lot of useful information so far.
I am trying to restrict the WFM Team we have from having delete permissions on anything, but this is affecting the management of the user going from one folder under persons to another folder under persons. The only way I can get this to happen is to give them basically fully rights to the folders, that would give them Delete as well.
Is there a way to let them do this and not give them Delete permissions?
