Title: Workbin Duration as Hold

Hi Team,
Greetings.

Base Version: 8.x,
IXN Server: 8.X
GIM: 8.X

My system is generally setup to capture the workbin duration of an Email as hold using the following option >
GIM App>etl-populate>populate-workbin-as-hold = true.

Now all the agents work fine except one. Whose workbin duration is being captured as a mediation time rather than hold time. I have checked workbins for draft replies for all the agents is the same workbin no difference in that.

I am wondering what could be causing this.

Any help is much appreciated.
