Hi Friends,
I am facing issue with email channel. During production hours I am getting emails properly to the IWS. But, Whatever emails I am getting post production hours is not coming to IWS on other day. I am able to see the mails in outlook. Kindly help me to resolve this issue. ???

Check the logs of Email Server Java component why the emails are not getted properly

Lol probably somebody is reading or downloading the emails via Outlook...these deployments...never use another POP3 tool or IMAP to access the Genesys inbox, once the email is marked as read Genesys will not download it or probably is no longer on that email box
