Title: Genesys Demo Image Problem with Routing of Calls

Hi All,
When I'm trying to make a call using the built-in SIP phone as provided by Genesys as part of the Demo Image, my call gets stuck when it either asks for DTMF inputs to identify the customer or if it's simple SIP call then puts the call in Queue and plays music, in either of the cases it just dials and does nothing.

I don't even hear the automated response asking for DTMF input when I choose SIP+GVP call.

I can see the call initiation in SIP/ORS/URS but beyond that nothing happens. Any help is much appreciated.

I'm using the Nov-13 image.

I cannot see the attachment option here, else I would have attached the logs.

Appreciate any help.

Were the Resource Manager (RM) and Media Control Platform (MCP) applications started? The application that is responsible for that kind of interaction (playback voice application and collect DTMF digits) is the MCP, and RM is an intermediate application for (among other things) balancing dialogs among MCPs.

There was a new demo image released last year.  Go grab that.  Also make sure you see the solutions started and running.  Did that demo image license file have an expiry?

ok...the coolers at that size are more expensive than the OE part
