Title: Password Change Tab is Invisible in IWS

Hi Friends,

Here I am Facing One Challenge in the IWS 8.1 and WDE 8.5, I cant able to See the Password Change Tab in the IWS, event Security-can change password is Enabled, from the IWS logs I can see the Below option

'InteractionWorkspace.Security.canChangePassword'                                          ='1'

But still password Tab is Diabled in IWS.

Note : I logged in with an Agent Who have all Administrator Permissions and User Access.

Kindly suggest me to achieve this functionality in IWS and WDE.

Hi Niranjan,

I faced the same issue with WDE 8.5 and root cause was Configuration Server/Proxy bug. It is fixed in CS release 8.5.100.10 and probably (not tested as we're on 8.5 release) in release 8.1.300.26.

Hi Rene,

Thanks for Your Response, and In Our Test setup we are using the same config server(8.1.300.18) Where as the Password Tab is reflecting fine as Expected, where as in production environment with same config server  version (8.1.300.18) , it is not reflecting.

Check if your confserv allows you to change password by default.

Hi Kubig,

Thanks for your support ,i changed my CME password using CME password Change option and it is allowing to change the password . I am Assuming password change is enabled in config server.
