Title: Stat server options file
Post by: Matt on January 01, 1970, 12:00:00 AM
We need to upgrade our stat server. In config manager, under properties, in the 'Options' tab...there are 4050 options with settings. We want to make sure when we uninstall and upgrade we don't lose all these settings.

Is there a config file that saves these settings, or an easy way of saving all the settings??

You could save them in a txt file using "Export to configuration file" inside the Options tab. In the same way you could reload them easily.
Make attention to the options which needs the statserver to be restarted.

Hi Matt,
If all you're doing is upgrading Stat Server then the configuration doesn't need saving as they are stored on Config Server. When you want to start the new SS just use the same parameters as you use now.

If you want to be prudent, the way to export the SServer config is to use the middle of the three greenish buttons available under the options tab which will export the config. The button to the left of it lets you import an existing cfg file.
