Title: transfer calls to an agent group

i need to do a strategy to do transfer directly from the iws, i have this:

IWS is configured to do the transfer to a RP called 4031.
stategys to the transfer are created before but only transfer to one agent group.

i need to do the transfer to diferent agent groups routed by a strategy.

IWS/WDE offers the transfer to many type of objects (including agents, agent groups, interaction queues, routing point, etc.) by default. Follow the documentation.
