Title: playing a prompt without routing

Hi,

on a pure Genesys SIP with GVP environment is it possible to play a prompt file without using a strategy? I mean is it possible to point a trunk group to an wav file?

Yes, it is possible by using the IVR profile with TG. Follow the documentation
