Hi,
I know it is crazy, but that tiny alert message window in the bottom-right at the start of IWS, bothers my customer. She wants it to disappear by itself.
How can I set it so? (My customer must click on the close button to get rid of the window.)

What IWS window do you mean exactly? You can try to set the option broadcast.preview-timeout to value 0

Hi Kubig,
unfortunately this option haven't got any influence of appearing of this window.
I have found these rows in WDE log regarding this Alert.Message window:
MessageId :MessageId00001
Alert.Severity :Warning
Alert.Id :Windows.ErrorChannel.NotLogin
Alert.Message :Anmeldung am voice-Kanal nicht möglich. Überprüfen oder präzisieren Sie Ihre Kanalinformationen.
