Hi, all,
I need some major help in getting ACW on my G3 simulator environment.
I am using 6.5.xxx TServer with G3 PBX simulator and I have noticed that my TServer and simulator get outofsynch after a call is released. According to the PBX, DN is still in a busy state, but according to TServer agent is back into a Ready state.
Can someone please tell me how I can get ACW working? So far, I have tries using queryagentstate and setting it to on
elease, but it did not work.
So, right now what I am doing is issue an agent
ot
eady command after answering a call, unfortunately, after I release the call, the agent is shown as NotReady and not as ACW in CCP. How can I get ACW shown in CCP? (It is enabled)
Thanks,
Vic

ACW is a state of not ready. The older sims you had to fake it. Did you try setting agent state to 4 after agent goes not ready?

ED,
how do I do it with Agent Desktop that comes with Genesys?
I don't recall seeing anything even remotely related to it...
The simulator I am using comes with Genesys SDK 6.1 and it still cannot do it... Unless I am missing something. I set the options to nopostready in the Switch Annex options for the simulator, but what happens is that PBX simulator keeps agent in not
eady state, but according to TServer, agent is in ready state as soon as the call is released. Am I forgeting an option in TServer that I should have tweaked or something?

Good question. I have used an older agent toolkit (if I could find it) that gives many options. IF I can locate it it I will tell you which one it is (you may already have it because it used to ship with a version of framework). Also I seem to remember that with the Sim scripts there was an option on the DN line to configure manual in and ACW I think. I'll look for that stuff (been doing ICM and Nortel installs for a while so my Genesys labs are in need of repair)
