I have 2 different business units with own set of interaction server ,UCS and chat servers. The requirement is to enable cross business chat transfers with attached data .
Suggestion is to have a " interaction server proxy" to which desktop clients of 2 business units would connect. This interaction server proxy would connect to a "interaction server cluster" which would connect with interaction servers of both business units. if any one has deployed such a set up ,what are the challenges and limitations of such a set up ?
