Title: ts2db - looking for software

Hi,

I'm looking for ts2db tool for export into sql some data from TServer log. Unfortunately i can't find this on genesys support site.

If you have this tool, please provide me the mirror link to download.

I'm pretty sure I have it on my laptop (I'll check tonight, I left it at home), do you have a ftp or dropbox?

If you have access to the customer care support site, go to Knowledge Search, type ts2db and you will find everything you need.
