Title: Media Error 185

Hi,
Since we created remote agents in Genesys we have this messages.
Remote Agents log in to IWS (V8.5) successfully, but when they want to set themselves "Ready" they get Media Error 185. After it they cannot work.
In the meantime CCPulse+ shows them as logged out. Cisco UCM (V8.1) and SIP (V8.1) servers are involved in the routing.
Does anyone have idea, how to deal with this?

If you use Genesys solution search you can find the meanings of all the media error codes.

This particular one is:
"Media Error 185: Set is in invalid state for invocation"

Which suggests that whatever the desktop is requesting, is not allowed.
