I still can't search with this app so apologies if this has already been answered.
I need to create a new Stat for CurrentTalkTime to use for skill filters to show the current call per agent. Can someone please post the correct stat settings for this? I'm good with the filters but the actual stat seems to be stumping me.

I just searched Google for "CurrentTalkTime" and found a thread on here from cav, which contains:
[CurrentTalkTime]
Category=CurrentTalkTime
MainMask=CallInbound,CallOutbound,CallInternal,CallConsult
Objects=Agent
Subject=DNAction
There is more than one way to search! ::)
