Title: Multi site configuration

Hello,
2 sites (we want create multi site) in one site is G6.5 in another G5.1, then stat server from (G6.5) is looking for available agents in site (G5.1), it did not get answer, error "unknown server"(from log file).
Where is a problem?

Does you 5.1 environment share the same CME as 6.5?
If not, you will get this error.
What you need to do is recreate your G5.1 TServer entry in the CME used by your StatServer. Also, MAKE SURE THAT serverid's are different for these TServers!
